EPL Player,Goal & Team Of The Week
Steven Gerrard definitely is the Player Of The Week.He saved his team from an embarassing defeat at Anfield as he netted two goals for them.If he had not scored the two goals,Liverpool would not have gained any points at all for this week's match.Furthermore,Chelsea will have an even better chance of topping Liverpool in the Premier League table.
Goal Of The Week also goes to Gerrard for his second goal in the 31st minute.With an assist from Benayoun as Gerrard slides in for the goal.
Team Of The Week would go to West Ham United as they endured a grueling time at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea.Bellamy would shock the world with his fine header in the 33th minute to give West Ham the lead.Yet Nicholas Anelka would deny them the win with a great equaliser.Although the match ended in a draw,West Ham managed to grab a point against Chelsea,the team which is currently second at the table.This is an impressive run as they denied Chelsea their 3 points at their own home ground.
